HSBC set out to show the human side of banking through their "Why I Do What I Do" series, spotlighting the colleagues who support customers when life takes an unexpected turn. Bereavement, job loss, a new baby, a house move: vulnerability can touch anyone, at any time. Shot observationally in Birmingham, the film follows Senior Vulnerable Customer Standards Manager Stephanie Feakes to reveal why this work matters, and what it means for customers to feel safe, seen and included, whatever their circumstances.
