Amazon needed more people to see maintenance engineering as a career worth chasing. We spent a day at their EMA4 fulfilment centre in Birmingham with the operators who keep the place running, and built a 90-second film around them — the work, the scale, the people. Directed and edited for Casual Films. The result: applications to the role up by over 150%.
